Mills Recruitment is looking an experienced Country Manager for a company focused on developing smart home and IoT (Internet of Things) products.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business development strategy formulation: Based on the insight analysis of the target market and competitive products, formulate corresponding BPs, and decompose the company’s long-term and short-term goals and tasks.
• Channel development. Responsible for executing sales and marketing plans according to the company’s marketing strategy, actively looking for and approving channel partners, continuously expanding and optimizing sales channels, and building a complete channel structure (online and offline).
• Channel management. Responsible for mastering and analyzing the industry channel situation, formulating effective channel strategies, providing channel customers with sales, technical after-sales, product and other resource support, maintaining communication with channel customers, and jointly promoting product marketing and services, collecting market and customer information, doing a good job of channel sinking, and fine-tuning the channel management.
• Sales management. Responsible for implementing the company’s product and sales strategy promotion according to the company’s marketing strategy, conducting sales forecasts, actively organizing business negotiations, striving for customer orders, completing sales targets, and ensuring the collection of accounts receivable.
• Brand promotion. Responsible for planning and organizing brand and product promotion activities in the target market and enhancing the regional influence of the company’s product brands.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in overseas market localized channel sales and operation, strong development ability, and mastery of marketing methods either from consumer electronics industry, CCTV security industry, and home appliance industry.
• Achievement-oriented, long-termism, with a high sense of struggle; hardworking and stress-resistant. Be diligent, able to withstand pressure, and have strong responsibility and execution.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Chinese expatriates; those with experience in the Philippines or other Southeast Asian countries; those with backgrounds from Hikvision, Ezviz, Dahua, TP – Link or similar. And/or preferably candidates from target enterprises who have knowledge of the Philippines or candidates responsible for business in other Southeast Asian countries and are familiar with Southeast Asia.
